Neurofeedback (Perechyn)
In 2007 a Neurofeedbackcentre was opened in Perechyn. Several Ukrainian psychologists and those who are about to become psychologists had applied for entering the educational program which will be provided by the Dutch Neurofeedbackcentre in Hilversum, The Netherlands.
Boardingschool (Vinogradovo)
In April 2005 the first steps in seeking contact with a boarding school for 700 children have been taken. From August 2005 until December 2006 The Fred Foundation financed the renovation of the roof and a few other projects.

Aid transports
Several computer centres have been installed in Ukraine. Hundreds of computers have been transported to Ukraine by The Fred Foundation. Many schools and government institutions had computers and other technical equipment installed. There was also a transport of hospital material (such as electric beds, wardrobes and technical equipment) to hospitals in the region of Uzhgorod.
